  • Our salon requires a 48-hour notice for any appointment cancellations. If an appointment is canceled within that window, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services will be charged.   • In accordance with Massachusetts law, we base our haircut pricing on the length of the hair, not on gender. This ensures fairness and transparency, with costs determined by the time and complexity required to achieve your desired look. We are committed to providing high-quality, personalized services for all clients while adhering to these guidelines.

  • All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another appointment.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be subject to our cancellation policy. This may include a fee for missed services, as we need to maintain a timely schedule for all clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
